I think this video is just highlighting on how uneducated our society is. People assume that you mean gay when you say hetero-sexual this way because almost no one will refer to their sexuality this way.
Being uneducated isn't the fucking problem.
That's called being uninformed and ignorant, not uneducated.
If someone were informing you, you could say they are educating you, relieving you of ignorance, even if not in any kind of formal setting or as part of any grand curriculum.
