Of how many? What firmware? Are you using a pool that it is loosing a connection to with the original firmware?.

I know my beeped alot until i turned the beeper off. ;-) it seemed each time the multi-pool i was using changed work load it would take the miner a minute to get going and beep.

original shipping firmware, and 1 out of 30 beeps. not sure which one however..
