We are not asking for something for free here, some of us have invested everything we have into this and that's a BIG risk and we TRUSTED you and your company only to be BETRAYED the way we did.
Also I suggest you maintain a public record of what order you have shipped/delivered so far on your Website so that we who are waiting can at least have an idea on how long we have to wait, because when we ask you you don't have an ETA and sometimes we don't even get a response to our emails. If you do this then the amount of emails that will be sent to you will reduce by a lot so it's a good idea to implement this.

At first, no one trusted them. Then, they laid on the very heavy assurances: "Seriously, we know what we are doing", "we will deliver", et cetera. So then, everyone trusted them and sent a shitload of money. They said they weren't like the other guys.
Now, they fail to deliver. Deliver a very inferior version which costs more to operate. Don't tell anyone about the compensation details. Don't answer emails. Don't inform as to the state of manufacturing progress. Lies, silence, and bullshit.
They are now just like KnC.
Why the fuck should they care? They already got your $$$. "We are not like the other guys" is just bullcrap to win your trust. They are exactly like the other guys.
They said they'd be sending out massive amounts of GroupBuy at the end of this week. Nothing.
Has anyone heard an apology for us having to listen to their supreme confidence while having to suffer the financial loss of a low performance machine? Nope.
Well they have the chance now to prove themselves to show IF they care or NOT, let's see what they have to say about this now.
Personally I can understand that sometimes things can fall short with new technology etc and I have NO problem with that, the problem I have is that they didn't FULLY compensate us for their short coming and that is NOT fair, we are losing a lot still, even with their current compensation plan of $/GH value.
If you wanted to make up for this Spondoolies and (We really hope you do) you would fix the hosting costs for the affected people and perhaps as a "Sorry" for all the issues you cost Us, offer us a one time first buy/first shipment of one of your future products that we may want to get since we lost mining time (a lot of mining time).
