Shipping to another provider is NOT a solution Spondoolies. We want our Machines hosted and taken care of by you because you have parts and expertise should anything go wrong etc.

If you can't adjust the hosting costs due to costs of electricity then fine, you maybe able to do something else to compensate. For example for people like me that went all out to pay a lot of $$$ to you, a wholesale price for me from now on wards on the devices I purchase would not be a bad idea. Maybe throw in additional X amount of SP30s to run for about 1-2 months (depending on how long you made us wait).

There are so many ways you can compensate us but you don't do it, Why? You don't listen to our advise or feedback, Why?

Look everyone makes mistakes and we can all improve, and it's not too late for you to introduce a better solution for your affected customers. You did provide at one stage lower hosting costs for August batch, why didn't you extend that to us that were affected in September...
