Noope. PrimeDice gives you 10% of house edge as a base (so just under 0.1% of wagers). In here you can get 0.2% as a boost.

I figured .2% is alot, with that you can possibly lower down your house edge to .71%

But I haven't hit a jackpot yet, and what if you hit it on a low bet. Doesn't make much sense.
