in addition to this 250btc was brought for buy support @ 0.00000380 - 0.00000430 which equates to roughly 65million syscoins

in further addition moolah was allowed to purchase over the maximum of 25btc and has purchased 140btc @ ico price, which equates 35million syscoin.

do the math, 59m + 65m + 35m = 159m owned by moolah and syscoin devs. current supply = 365m. 44% of 365million = 159million coins.

There you go mate, solid proof they own 44% of the current coin supply, i suggest you sort out your math skills. as you are flawed. No FUD, FACTS.

They did not circumvent any rules. I am not aware of how much (if any) they bought during presale. I think they bought a significant number of coins on the open market on dips, and there is absolutely nothing "backdoor deal" about that.
