I thought I read somewhere that a guy got cancer from one. But I think he was smoking it all the time.

I'm highly doubting that, the two main ingredients to ecig juice.. 1 is a major food additive, and used in hospital air vents to sterilize the air, and the other is the mist you see come out of asthma inhalers. And of course nicotine if you chose so.
That being said I'm highly doubting someone got cancer in the two year window where anyone even knows what an ecig is.

Yeah this might be the e-cig version of FUD. People smoke paper cigarettes for decades sometimes before they get cancer. Some never do.

If you need to quit smoking it is a great alternative.

this is not alternative we can say this is a change in taste for few times

this change is good but only for a limited time because every paper cigarettes smokers habitual of this

so it's very difficult to change their habits
