I've decided this coin is NOT a scam. Why? Because a scam would've been orchestrated much better 
I honestly think the dev was a little shocked that more interest wasn't shown in the coin, given its roots. The thing with scams is that a lot of shady people get in on it, and then they pump and dump it together. That never really happened here, so I guess it's time to wait and see on InSign and Intelliapp.(4 days till end of month here)
I really hope I'm not wrong. I'm not to concerned if I lose money, but I promoted this coin and really hope that the people who listened to me don't lose money.

You can generally tell the genuine coins, they don't get much press and very rarely get P&D'd
I just bought in, not a lot, but hope the works come through as it looks pretty good!
