i have to say i might end up leaving over this if it continues for another couple days ... so far im down .002 for yesterday and on track to be the same for today as well... that's even lower then my theoretical earnings before the 12.5%.

When looking for "employees" or any time of extra help, you should strive to have someone who's willing to stick with the business through some "scope" of "thick or thin". I don't know if I would necessarily be inclined to hire someone who's so on the fence of just up & leaving, as the prospect of good will is most likely not there.

That being said, I am noticing a small reduction in pay out.

there have been plenty of times before this that i have stuck through it and up till now never even mentioned the desire to leave ... and i didnt "up and leave" as you put it im still here miners still connected. i am tell him that if i hear nothing in the next couple days and things dont at least get acknowledged then i may leave ... good luck finding a business who will keep employees who dont get paychecks on a regular basis and of the correct amount ...
