If he told you he is Arshit Mittal, then surely he is scammer,
sometime ago he want to sell 3 BTC to me.
So I took step down even buying from him.

P.S. I am not sure I talked with real arshit mittal but guy who tried to scam me represent him as a arshit mittal.
