This is really sad.  So sorry you are paying 3 BTC a day out via the faucet.  That is clearly unsustainable.  It seems you had a similar problem on PD2 and solved it with the whitelist.  Maybe something similar would help here?

I also agree with GaleMartins, it is easy to abuse your current arrangement.  (I don't abuse it but I can understand the temptation.)  You can either have free in game transfers (tips) or faucet.  With both PD3 is open to abuse no matter what you set the faucet level at as using the methods GM described you can still abuse it - it just becomes a matter of time. 

I strongly agree with the idea that you should set clear expectations for how you'd like to see the faucet used in the FAQ or somewhere.  That would make it easy for the community of players to call people out whom they think are abusing the faucet.  Is it okay for me to chat and play the faucet?  (I hope this is yes.)  Is it okay for me to set up a "bank" user account and send my faucet winnings to it for eventual withdrawal?  (This seems like a no to me.)

I also think the faucet serves a useful marketing purpose as people play it while they hang out and chat.  Since that is what I often do, I wish there was a way to preserve that while still ending the abuse.

Maybe there is a solution in the whole deposit, withdrawal limit, chat activity (coupled with solid moderation), no proxies, and IP limits or something like that.  Of course, I guess lowering the faucet is a lot easier....
