No. I do not see this as a problem. This argument is true for every coin. Bitcoin has bag holders too. When the bitcoin price reaches $1200 again, there will be a huge dump. This hoes not means that bitcoin will not rise above $1200. Price will continue to rise as long as more whales are buying than selling.

But that's been the problem with bitcoin -- it's been weak all year, not exclusively because, but I think in part because during the superhype earlier this year, a lot of newcomers bought above $800+.
