Count your bleessings...At leat you've gotten something back. I've been waiting since the begining of the replayment period with zero communcation.

Although I'm pretty sure he's not going to pay me back or even acknowledge I have a legitimate claim because I called him out as a scammer back when the site was "sold" to another company. I want to have faith that he'll do the right thing here but who knows...with my luck he'll save my claim till last and I'll be in my 70s or some such.

It's jerks like OP that cause such a problem. See you called him out as a scammer, and you were right, but then he punishes you. And then no one else will take a stand with you because they all want to stay on OP's good side to try to get something back. It's like with lunamine, I was saying he was a scammer and there were some people sticking up for him because they want to try to get a refund. Glad you had your principles.
