OK, we inherited the code that is blocking you from doing this from Counterparty. We don't plan to keep it, it just hasn't been pulled out yet. So yes, the distributions feature will be available everywhere. You can track the issue here: https://github.com/Dogeparty/dogeparty-wallet/issues/3

Your 12 word passphrase effectively _is_ your key. To get the actual converted keypair is what the JS wallet does so of course you can convert it. Not sure what you would do with it though.

Regarding your issue, it's acknowledged in GitHub here: https://github.com/Dogeparty/dogeparty-wallet/issues/8 but we have not been able to reproduce anything like it yet unfortunately. Sad

Hopefully the MultiAPI issue is fixed now though?
