How do u plan to reach that part of the world where literacy and the internet have not reached yet ? They cant use a phone, because they cant read a number. They cant charge a phone, because they are not yet blessed with electricity. That part holds more population than the other part. You expect them to use Bitcoin ?

Dominica has almost 100% cellphone saturation across the whole island. It's the perfect place to do this.
