He did that to show everyone that he is 100% legit and trustworthy which he indeed is.
And if vericoin and james reach the goal together im 100% sure the vrc community will give him a really nice bounty Wink

To me ,James has shown much more transparency with his actions and numbers than most fully transparent devs in crypto !
