It's telling you what's wrong. 12v supply is bad.

I replaced all my connections and replaced the power supply with an identical one. And both my boards are given me the same error message. Unless they both died at once, which I think is highly unlikely. Is there anything in the config files that I may not have set up right to give me this error? This is my first time setting up CGminer out side of MinePeon.

do you have access to a digital multimeter?
