What constitution? You said the Ukrainian government is illegitimate. So no government and no constitution. And if you want to keep governments to a legal standard, start with the Russian government these guys are defending against.

Actually, the only difference is Ukraine wants to become slaves of EU and russians want to stay slaves of Putin junta. Putin's gang has already stolen $150 billion from Russians, and they still bend over and ask for more. At least being slaves of EU doesn't result in your freedoms being revoked, and your wealth and resources being pillaged by fascust governments.
