Just one reply from the likes of Notlambchop or Mpoe-PR can ruin ones day and make the experience of bitcointalk very unattractive. think of it this way... one out of one thousand people is a criminal sociopath. this fraction of a percent of the population is responsable for 80% of all violent crime. Small but very destructive minorities can ruin great communities.
