The fees are only payable with Bitcoin.
The CBP is a 2-year certificate as a result of careful discussion with our advisors. Bitcoin is still evolving very quickly during its formative years and we felt that there would be new topics which will be released and/or invented in the next 3 years that professionals would need to know. That said, 1 year seemed too short, so a compromise was made with 2 years.
