The ad-fee goes into the dev fund how about using a part of it to later share with people who provide a website with the ads?
I believe the dev already replied to that question.
My short 2 cents for now.
1. Try not to embed any form of media into the blockchain.
This will be stored local and could contain illegal stuff.
2. Some sort of reward system for ad hosters.
Third party devs can develop interfaces to websites and other sort of media.
Will give Google-Ads a hard time
3. Looking forward to roadmap.

1. Yes, there will be no media stored in the blockchain. It may only contain links (pics or youtube links currently)
2. I will soon release the source for the working ad listing scrypt so everybody will be able to host CraigsCoin ads on their website. And I really like your idea to somehow reward those who are willing to host CraigsCoin ads on their website so they have some kind of incentive in developing additional features (like escrow services, seller ratings, etc). Gotta think about it
