He was not a threat, and they killed him anyway. Even if what you say is true and he did punch the cop (doubtful, not proven) he should have been arrested for assault, not gunned down in the street infront of his own family. Cops are supposed to be held to a higher standard, not allowed to kill whoever they feel like simply because they got pissed off. How would you feel if it was your son that got killed by an aggressive out of control cop? All the cop has to do is say he thought your son had a gun on him. And he will get away with killing your child, I guarantee it. And you're perfectly fine with this twisted version of america?

Mike Brown didn't assault the cop. The cop initiated aggressive contact with Mike Brown first and when Mike was like WTF and started running away the cop killed his ass. The only mistake Mike made was when he thought the cop wouldn't kill him, so he turned around and put his hands up. Then he got killed anyway. Because that's what cops in America do. It's no longer protect and serve, it's brutally murder people and get away with it.

Mike was not a gang-banger. You are just judging a person you have never even met. Also, there is no proof that was him at the convenience store and even if it was it has no relation to this case whatsoever.

The fact is that the cops lie to save their asses all the time. They kill innocent people and then make up shit or try to say they were a threat, when they clearly weren't all the time.

So why would you blindly believe the cop's story that Mike attacked him (why in his right mind would he fuckin' attack a cop in the middle of the street?) When there were eyewitnesses who said the cop drove up to him within close proximity and immediately began yelling, which initiated the contact. Mike was almost certainly called over to the window, there is no way he just decided to run up to a cop car and punch him in the face. You can twist it around whatever way you want, the fact is that the Cop initiated contact which resulted in Mike Brown's death when he could have just as easily tazed or arrested him.

Even if it was him at the convenience store it is irrelevant. The only purpose of releasing that video was to make mike brown look bad and make people think that maybe he deserved to die... which seems to have worked somewhat based on your response. And by the way, the convenience store owner said the incident was so insignificant they didn't even call the cops over it, it was a customer that called police. Anyway, so I guess according to you every person that engages in petty theft deserves the death penalty? Oh, and if it's a black person that does it, then they are no doubt a gangbanger. Hah!
