Also, any Bitmain customers have option of returning the defective items to the following address without prior authorization. Must have Bitmaintech.com order confirmation page printed and included with a note what is wrong with the item. DO call them even if you bought a new one from a resellers not direct be nice and you may get it replaced no matter were you bought it with free shipping as long as it is still with in there 90 days and you can prove were you bought it .

if you bought it direct they will replace it no question asked i just had one replaced with free shipping otw to me once i dropped it off at UPS
