Dev has abandoned the coin or he/she is very sick.
his project was failedthis coin never skyrocketing (so he can't dump it to market)
maybe he will create another coin with new way to distribute
It has come to my sad attention that on 29th September the Dev was involved in a car crash in Guangzhou and subsequently died. The coin has therefore passed and a new Dev is required. RIP SignatureCoin Dev. We will always remember you for change and prosperity.
