The fact the roof isn't leaking can be caused by two things, it's fixed or it stopped raining. I've not seen nor heard signs that it's fixed.
Kloink is adding a lot of power atm but I'm pretty sure thats temporary or Kloink has to have another nice deal on Bittrex...

This said I would be more confident if someone told me the blocktime problem is fixed.
