Whats the problem? What happens when you click the download link etc?

maybe your anti-virus is considering it a threat thats why it wont download. check it maybe it is responsible for the problem

I've never seen or heard of an anti virus flagging the program as a virus. Most will run it in sandbox initially but I've not heard of anything more.
