He released the source code of a site "bitcoinica" (similar to bitfinex today). He did this without permission. That was bad enough itself, but it turns out the source code included an API key to mtgox which was also used as password for LastPass. Amir Taaki, Patrick Strateman and Donald Norman are all very special people. It almost seems like everyone involved in the first three years of Bitcoin should just back out quietly and let new people try it for a while.
