As long as I don't know the truth about Quark (who is really controlling Quark (is it decentralized or one person??))
I'm sorry but this doesn't make any sense, controlling Quark ? From what perspective? protocol/market/socially?? Please do search for the truth but so far you only spread theories which are almost or as worst as that Kkk scammer conspiracy theories about Bitcoin...
Maybe explain this a little bit.
I can only talk from my own experience.
Some background: I was never a member of the foundation, but I had very close contacts with the foundation.
What I experienced was that the developers didn't listen to the foundation or community.
The developers could only be contacted by one person: Kolin.
Even simple questions were never answered by Max unless you asked the questions via Kolin.
That is why Victor has chosen to cooperate with Kolin. Victor realized that was the only way to get contact with Max and get things done for Quark.
To my opinion this is not a decentralized way of working for Quark.
If that is different now, then that is a big move forward for Quark :-)
