I have submitted an email to the authorities as suggested by HSBC.

I would suggest everyone else do the same. Here is the message I sent to them.

I and many other individuals have recently been the target of an online sales fraud scheme by the company HASHRA Limited.

They offered several products for the sale with the intent of shipping by September 20th and the intent to refund and buyers by the 15th of October if the items cannot be shipped.

HASHRA is operated and owned by a Mr. Simon Bright and has a company website www.hashra.com.

Their Hong Kong location information according to their website is:

The company has willingly accepted money and has since ceased communication with customers and has not provided any information regarding refunds or shipment of any products.
