If I understand correctly? - at the moment Evan currently is buying himself (or for friends, key investors, ...) «some» amount of DRK on open markets - so he is not interested in high price, PR and so on. Hope his accumulation process wouldn't last long and this situation will change soon and price will be pushed up where it should be to attract so necessary "respect" to Darkcoin. Wink

It's really through adoption though that we'll see a steady rise.
