I received my order of two antminers S3 yesterday. One of them just plain dead. This morning gave it a few rounds of on-off-on, the red LED then lit up, but nothing else. Frustrated, i pulled the power connector off one blade, and the bloody thing came to life!! I could configure it and all. Then I tried again with both blades connected, it went dead. So what is it? Faulty blades? Or controller issue? How do I claim warranty?

I'm in Malaysia.
