You know what? Because a lot of people made the same mistakes like you so that's why it takes Chris so long to process some simple request.

Do you think its only Chris responding to all these mails. If he is the only one then he is an idiot. With so much invested and this thing going big, there will come problems and a lot of unnecessary queries, his support system can't handle it then it will over for the company very fast.
People not only look for payouts, but for every thing as well, such as support.
If Chris would have posted pictures of his farm, I am sure the investment on his company would be much more, might even double.
I for myself would have triple my investments to him.
So, yes it his fault that this problem occured, but if Chris and company can't solve it for him, then think twice before investing.
I would recommend sending mail again and again every day. And mark it as reminder1,2,3... Its an important issue consering your money dude.
