stealing an identity and posing as that person is as easy as changing color of your eyes in photoshop...

he used his twitter photo in January! In January he had no idea that he will be a thief 10 months later

But he had some idea that he wants to scam since August. So he could change or take down his photo but he didn't. Who the hell scams people with his real photo? I am sure that poor guy in that photo is living somewhere and has no idea his photo has been spread over internet and lots of people are looking after him.
