Maybe the previous guy was in holiday, fired, or whatever.
In the end:
3 weeks after the ticket creation,
few minutes after a bitcointalk thread creation,
the problem is solved !

They should have fixed this within a few working days, they didn't even bother to say 'we're sorry that it took so long'...

People should contact Bitstamp also via this forum as that might speed up the whole process.
