You id may not be worth 0.25. If you request a loan <0.05, MAYbe you might get one. Just Maybe.

IMO you should never lend based on just someone's "ID" as it is very well possible that the ID is not actually theirs and even if it is the borrower's actual ID there is nothing you can do with it once the borrower defaults.
