Hey,

After coins reside in your wallet for 12 hours they are starting to stake

Staking helps the network , Staking interest rate 5% a year but you are getting small chunks of it daily

You don`t have to leave your wallet always on , you can turn it on from time to time to collect the stake

Yes well stated LondonMP, all mine are not in any exchange right now. Its a good way to keep the network strong and secure.
