It would also be a good idea to vote for Monero as well. Cryptsy hasn't implemented cryptonote coins into their trading platform. Monero has been sitting at the top of the voting list. If they add Monero then it will be easier to get BBR listed because they will have already done the work to add cryptonote coins.

BBR and XMR would be best served by cooperating together to promote cryptonote technology and adoption which would benefit both coins. So a vote for XMR helps BBR as well. I'm not optimistic that Cryptsy will add either coin anytime soon regardless of any voting results.

No need to worry about other coins. Cryptonote needs a shot in the arm to get some momentum. Until then not much is going to change. Rumor has it that something is just over the horizon.

We'll just have to wait and see.
