What is BitFrog?
If you have the transaction id, why cant you check that with the deposit address on "BitFrog"?

Thanks for the reply, I meant Bit(coin) Fog.

I have checked the deposit address and this is different to the one on my account and the one I previously used.

My issue is that I know the time/date when I made the deposit, I've checked my browser history and I visited the official site and copied the address for bitcoin fog, I then copied the address to send the btc from there. If I have indeed been phished it is entirely due to the address provided on their website as nothing else makes sense.

Is this looking like a lost cause? It was 36 hours since sent.
