Sending bitcoins from one address to another address requires you to go through the block chain even if it is the same wallet using the same software on the same machine. On the other hand, moving an address (and its private key) from one wallet to another does not. A client that supports multiple wallets may allow you to move addresses between wallets.

nah , what I meant is to send money , not moving adress or anything . I meant sending money from one wallet to another and both of them are on the same program (MultiBit) Shocked
