So A hacker wants to make a wallet to store my bitcoins in..... might as well file this one away buddy you will not get anyone to trust you now. Hackers are hated in the area people have lost way to many coins to them.

Think you might as well throw this one away....

Hackers are not necessarily bad, some are quite helpful actually. The bigger issue is that he is anonymous, his "business partners" (what do they do exactly? How many of you are there?) are anonymous, shares are very illiquid (1BTC a share?).

The part that screams scam, is that you don't actually have anything done. What are you basing this valuation (5,000BTC) on, and why do you think you deserve 3,000BTC worth? You haven't actually developed anything, and you don't even have a business plan (this is not a business plan). All you've done is come up with the idea (not even an original idea, check out bitSIM, they are doing something very similar), which is not deserving of anything.

Develop your product than come back and it will at least show your serious about the project.

(1) We plan to make 2,000 shares available in the this IPO, not 5,000.
(2) Now we are only three people in doing development in part-time.
(3) Hardware development and software development are different. We have no extra money to continue to tape out and we can't professional to design PCB. We also need more people, to ensure hardware wallet functionality.
So it is necessary to obtain research from IPO plan.
