The bigger games 100/200 blinds and up have a real casino host set them up, you say time and they find players for this type of action all day.

If you want 10/20 games, good luck, the casino has these tables, but the hosts do nothing to promote them, so they get some action by newbs and donks that wonder in and put up 100 bucks to join an exclusive casino, then they see no action since the action is all through the hosts and starts at 100/200 blinds and 10K buy ins.
