Apart from that, I am also curious as to how did they manage to raise 30 BTC. If it was all bought by the dev himself, then what was the point of the ICO?

If its not the dev. it might be some PnD team that is trying to capitalize on this coin..being bought with 30 btc will try to paint a coin with some form of demand.. remember guys there are some hired team there to pump and dump a coin..
