1. DarkSwift ICO will end on 11/05/2014 at 19:00 UTC;

8. After the ICO period ends, 7 days of a buyback period will be initiated. During the buyback period it will be possible to sell DarkSwift coins back to the developer via ICOHive buyback page. 9. All remaining BitCoins after the buyback period less the ICOHive commission of 1% (but no more than 1 BTC) and the referrals commissions will be transferred to the developer. All DarkSwift coins that were bought back during the buyback period will be returned to the developer;
10. After releasing the funds to the developer ICOHive escrow service is considered over. ICOHive does not take any responsibility for the future of the currency;
11. There will be no refunds other than the 7-days buyback period.
12. This ICO features a referral system. To participate in the referral program you must create a referral link. Every time someone invests using your referral link, the invested amount is recorded. After the presale and buyback stages are over, you will receive your referral commission.
