This IS crazy. Trusted sites just have a limit from having some of the funds in a cold wallet and at worst, they will verify that your win was proper and then make funds available for the withdrawal.

Absolutely. I can see limits for security reasons but an "agreed upon schedule" is a big red flag. Casinos don't make payment arrangements with winners.
