If you are already okay with all their withdrawals taking up to 24h, you should be thankful as long as they do actually pay out.

Because I deposit 1 to 3 BTC a day in average. So winning 10+ BTC at once it is pretty normal.
If you cant pay more than 5BTC , dont accept deposit higher than 0.1 BTC so
