I'm sure you will get a better response from him as he probably has a more effective way of contacting the right people rather than their support team emailing around to find a solution. I agree that this is something that should be taken seriously and looked into as soon as they can.
2 - No real comment here. I don't know the technical details of the site nor any Betsoftgaming sites. Again, I'd reach out to user Bitcoincasino.io and he can probably take you through the display options.
3 - This is normal for many skins and white-label casinos. I don't think it presents any security risks or any wrong practice.
