I waited 3 weeks and nothing... then finally contacted credit card. I suggest getting a new pump elsewhere and doing syscoolinng rma at same time. You will be much happier then the downtime with them.

Not sure how you still expect them to provide a replacement when you've already refunded your credit card AND paypal payments.
