They can't be used in transactions related to Bitcoins anymore (except Polish exchanges which aren't blacklisted), but that article contains a lot of info about those cards. Besides all the info I put in my listing is true.
Due to massive abuse Paypal has blocked account verification with IBAN account attached to those cards but you can still shop with them through Paypal. Besides the bank doesn't agree to use them with virtual currencies (like Bitcoin).
The rumors were false. You can verify PP accounts, I've checked that by myself. Also, Polish BTC exchanges work great and doesn't block the card.

You might confuse them with similar cards issued by Mbank bank. There are some stories here about card blocks.
However the ones I'm selling are from BZWBK bank and they are not being blocked outside of Poland. Their purpose is to use them outside of Poland, they have been issued for people on vacations or being abroad.

They can be blocked but only if you used them in criminal activities and it was detected by the bank. If you're normal user you can sleep well. In case of any problems the bank has English phone support line.
