Enrollments won't be closing so if you're worried about being enrolled in another campaign and having to forfeit payment there to sign up, you shouldn't be.

Yup, I agree. He should be more realistic when giving deadlines as to when things will get done. Missing these kinds of deadlines only make him lose credibility
