Payout will begin on the 15th of the month.
Any withdrawal made from any registered address disqualifies said address for any reward for the target period.

This program is meant to reward engaged holding.

I do not fully understand the meaning of "engaged holding".

Thanks for the question, 'engaged holding' means an addresses reported to us [engaged], no withdrawals from the address [hold].
This differs from ordinary holdings where there might be substantial savings but some withdrawals, and also from holdings that are unreported.

I want to encourage serious investment, that means bigger buys and longer holds.
